Primary customer data is generally stored in Australian-based data centres.
Some data may be processed or stored overseas by service providers.

Where overseas disclosure occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure:

  • Comparable privacy protections apply
  • Contractual safeguards are in place
  • Compliance with APP 8 (Cross-border Disclosure)

Where required, we will seek your consent.


5.3 Retention of Information

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary or as required by law, including:

  • Customer service and support records: up to 7 years
  • Marketing records: until consent is withdrawn
  • Website analytics (non-identifiable): up to 13 months
  • Employment records (where applicable): as required by law

Information is securely destroyed or de-identified when no longer required.
